Insider is asking South Yorkshire property industry professionals to choose their Property Personality of the Year.
The winner will be announced at the South Yorkshire Property Dinner on 7 July in The Ballroom at Sheffield City Hall.
After a nomination process, asking the public to choose the person they think has had the most outstanding year, the most popular choices were as follows:
